1. What is the delivery time for orders?
Most orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. Products made to order – such as signature stamps or specially designed items – may take a bit longer. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready and on its way.

You're always welcome to send an inquiry about the delivery time for a special order.

2. Where do you ship from, and to which countries do you ship?
All products are shipped from our workshop and warehouse in Denmark – specifically in Give. We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, and you can always see the price before you pay.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with most common cards, MobilePay, and Apple Pay. Payment is only taken once your order is packed and on its way to you.
4. What is your return and complaint policy?
You have a 14-day return policy on stock items if you change your mind about your purchase. However, the return policy does not apply to personally designed products (special order), as they are made specifically for you. Should there unexpectedly be a fault with a product, write to us – we always find a solution.
5. How do special orders work?
Love getting something totally special? So do we!

Once we've found the best solution together, we'll get started on creating your unique product.
We can work with everything from a hand drawing to a finished SVG file – and make sure your idea becomes a reality.
5b. Customizations and special designs – can you do that?
Yes, we can!
All our products can be made as a special order, and we can customize them exactly to your needs.
Since we design and produce all products ourselves, it's possible for us to adjust size, shape, functionality, or appearance so the result matches your idea and application.
6. Does MakerHelle make anything other than ceramic tools?
Yes, definitely! Although ceramics take up a lot of our focus, we also make products like place cards, table decorations, signs, and other specially designed solutions in wood and acrylic. What's common for everything we make is a focus on quality, functionality, and design.
7. Can I order gift cards, and how does it work?
Yes, you can purchase digital gift cards directly on the webshop. They are sent via email and can be used as payment across the entire website. A perfect gift idea for the creative soul who loves to shape, create, and experiment.
8. How do you handle packaging and sustainability?
We always strive to think sustainably – both in production and shipping. Our products are designed to last, and we reuse as much packaging as possible. Every little step counts. ♻️
9. How do I contact you for collaboration or larger development projects?

10. Where are MakerHelle products made?
All MakerHelle products are designed and produced in our own workshop located between Give and Billund. This means we have full control over both design, quality, and process – and can ensure that each product lives up to our own high standards.
