BundSolid XL is an evolution of our base molds – created for those of you who throw larger items and need extra space and control.
It is angled at the top, so you can better flatten the surface on your potters wheel – and more easily open even large clumps of clay with precision and overview.
While the standard version focuses on stability and precision, BundSolid XL is all about size and capacity – without compromising on good results.

Our BundSolid base molds help you to:
- Open the clay lump quickly and correctly
- Form an even base in the thickness you desire
- Achieve a beautiful, uniform base – ready for further shaping and easier trimming
The XL model also shapes the inner edge of the clay, and you can adjust the external appearance, for example, with a rib, if you want a different look.

The base mold is available in different sizes – both in standard and XL versions – so you can choose the model that best suits your needs and methods.
